Our agency differentiates itself from other agencies by being customer-centric. From that initial call in to our agency for a car insurance quote to the time you need us most during a claim, we are supportive, educational and sympathetic.
Auto insurance can be confusing with all of the available coverages. Our staff are trained to explain the coverages without using industry jargon and to provide examples of how each of the coverages apply in potential claim scenarios so that when you purchase a policy from us, you can walk away knowing that you have the policy that best fits your needs.
Additionally, we know that one carrier isn’t always going to be the least expensive for everyone which is why we write auto insurance through a number of carriers such as Nationwide Insurance, Travelers Insurance, Grange Insurance, Progressive and more. When you contact our agency, we can provide you with quotes through all of our carriers within 15 minutes and let you decide which option best fits your budget.
Our agency is a full service agency. What that means for you is that we don’t just write your policy and then you never hear from us again, leaving it up to you to fight the carrier over claims and renewal terms. We encourage all of our customers to contact us when a potential claim arises so that we can guide you through the process.
Also, most agencies just let the insurance carrier send you your renewal with the premiums leaving it up to you to figure out if the premiums went up or down. We take a more hands on approach. We send our customers a renewal notice directly from us each time your policy renews letting you know if the premium went down or up and by how much as well as what options we have to lower your premiums if you are dissatisfied with your renewal.
Lastly, in today’s technology world having your policy information at your fingertips is convenient. We have an app that is available for download so that you can have your Auto ID cards available on your phone 24/7.
Our agency not only provides affordable insurance and services that most other agencies don't provide, but we also provide exceptional customer service. Don't take my word for it, look at our customer reviews by clicking "Testimonials" below.
If you are like me and do a lot of research before purchasing anything, then you may want to look at our Auto Insurance Coverages page that goes into great detail all of the available coverages on an Auto policy as well as ways to save on your premiums.

New Car Replacement - if your vehicle is a total loss, the insurance company would purchase a brand new vehicle of like kind and quality in the first two years of the vehicle, or if the vehicle is older than two years would instead pay the value of a similar vehicle (same year, make and model of your vehicle) in excellent condition (think of dealer retail value) as well as provide GAP coverage.
Auto Loan/Lease GAP - in the event of a total loss the insurance company would pay the difference between the Actual Cash Value of your vehicle and the balance owed on your vehicle loan.

You keep the discount for as long as you have that same policy.
Paperless Discount - you can save $5 to $10 per month, depending on the carrier, by receiving all of your statements via email.

Multi-Policy Discount - you can save as much as 40% on your auto policy by having your Home, Auto, RV, Motorcycle and Life insurance all with the same carrier.
Pay As You Drive - you estimate the number of miles driven on your vehicle and the insurance company monitors that vehicle for miles driven. At the end of each month they adjust your premiums depending on how many miles you drive. This is a great way to save if you don't drive much.
